About this product

Circpac MD seals are a segmented circumferential seal designed for fans, blowers, dryers, turbines, centrifuges and other rotating equipment. Circpac MD seals come packaged in a convenient split housing for easy installation. Standard designs consistently outperform packing, bushings, labyrinths, and felt seals with lower gas consumption over a wider range of operating conditions.

Features and Benefitss

• Floating circumferential rings are hydraulically balanced with hydrodynamic surface topography to minimize wear at high speeds and pressures

• Standard radially split seal housing enables installation without dismantling equipment or requiring equipment modifications

• Multiple ring configurations are available for higher pressures, process venting or draining, inert gas purging, reduced emissions, and emergency backup

• Companion inert gas support panels are available to provide adequate flow and pressure of nitrogen or other barrier gases to achieve near zero emissions
