About this product

Designed for piping plans 52 and 53A, the 682R series buffer/barrier fluid reservoir provides an ideal supply of clean, cool and reliable working fluid to maximize dual mechanical seal life and reliability.

 

The Flowserve 682R seal reservoir is compliant with API 682 4th Edition and designed to provide the quickest delivery and most competitive pricing while offering a wide range of popular options. Pre-configured options include elliptical or flanged bottom, pressure and level transmitters or switches, hand pump and stand.

 

Features and Benefits

  • Covers a wide operating range with a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 76.5 bar (1,110 psi) at -40°C to 204°C (-40°F to 400°F)

  • Ambidextrous seal connections for optimum piping loop terminations and mounting locations

  • Available with NPT or flange (socket welded or butt welded) connection options for easy installation to preferred piping

  • Standard 19 liter (5 gallon) reservoir with cooling coils for maximum barrier fluid volume and cooling efficiency

  • Pre-configured stand and hand pump options for simplified configuration and reduced lead time

  • Designed in accordance with AMSE VIII.1
